Services and Terms

  • A deposit of $10.00 will be required to book an appointment for your pet. This deposit will be deducted from the total grooming price during check out, as long as you keep your appointment. If you are unable to arrive for your scheduled appointment, the deposit money will not be refunded, and you must call within a 2-3 hours window before your booked appointment for your pet.

  • If you need to change or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, and the deposit money will then be transferred for your future rebooking.

  • If you cancel with less than a 24-hour notice or your pet doesn't arrive on the booked appointment day, you will lose the deposit money and will be required to pay an additional deposit in order to rebook in the future. Once the invoice has been sent, it must be paid promptly to reserve your appointment.

  • If payment is not made on the day of the appointment, a late fee of $45 will be charged. Please understand that services provided must be paid for at the time of service. No further payment reminders will be sent, late fee will be applied. If payment is not made on the day of the appointment, your pet will not be accepted, and any future appointments will be automatically canceled.

  • You must accept the terms and conditions. If you do not agree, your pet will not be attended.

  • Prices will always vary depending on skin condition, coat status, shedding, matting, and the presence of fleas or ticks. For fleas and ticks shampoo with an additional cost of $15.00 will be applied, which will be communicated to you immediately and applied at that time. Matting may incur an additional cost of $10.00 to $80.00. If the mats cannot be removed or if it is not in the best interest of your pet's health, you will be informed of your pet’s condition and asked for approval to shave or seek a second opinion. If you do not approve, you must pick up your pet immediately.

  • After a 10-minute delay, I also reserve the right to cancel the appointment if deemed necessary by Hanna Shepherd (HS).

  • I strive to provide a stress-free environment and take a limited number of appointments per day. In order to continue with this concept and work efficiently, I must enforce this policy.

Requirements for Grooming

  • Rabies and Bordetella vaccinations, no fleas, and ticks. 

  • The prices vary depending on the skin conditions such as knots, shedding, fleas, and ticks.

Requirements for Boarding

  • Rabies and Bordetella vaccinations are required. Please provide a photo as proof of vaccinations. Your pet should be free of fleas and ticks (if found, they will be treated at an additional cost). If you do not agree with these terms, your pet cannot stay.

  • You are responsible for providing food, a bed and a crate. Adding any extras is optional.

  • The pet drop-off time is at 8:00 am. If you need to arrive earlier, please inform us in advance. The pet pick-up time is at 6:00 pm. If you anticipate being late or experience delays, please contact us as soon as possible and you must pick up your pet the following day. A day care fee of $25.00 will be charged for morning pickups or $30.00 for afternoon pickup.

  • Day care $25.00

  • Boarding $30.00

  • A 50% deposit will be required to reserve your space, the money is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to any of my services.

  • It's important to adhere to the schedule guidelines. Failure to do so, may disqualify you from future boarding opportunities due to non-compliance.
